We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will carefully evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product once approved and place a new order separately.

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
